The Total Body Rebuild is a complete online video based workout program that has everything you need to get into excellent shape and maintain it over the long haul. The program is a monthly membership that automatically renews each month.

You will create your own login account and can log in from your phone, computer or other mobile device and do the program. All you need is an internet connection.

If you decide the program is not for you, you can cancel your membership at any time with no questions asked by contacting us at info@fitnessbyfaz.com.

Absolutely. The program is designed to get you started as a beginner and take you through to the more advanced levels as you gain experience. Men or women can do this program. You can easily modify the resistance, weights or intensity to suit your ability level when you begin and adapt it as you go along and improve.

You do not need a gym for this program. The program incorporates several modes of training. You can achieve excellent results with Bodyweight workouts that require no equipment at all. Abs workouts do not need any equipment.

However, the program includes strength training workouts that require a pair of dumbbells if you choose to take that route.
